Is there additional cost for Reception Service?

A receptionist to greet your guests and sign for packages is included in all services. Professional telephone answering is optional, depending on the type of service you purchase.

What are the main features of Live Telephone Answering Services?

We answer using your company name, transfer to your office or cell phone, announce the name of the caller, and you decide whether to take the call or have us get a message to you. Voice mail to e-mail service is also included so you’ll never miss a thing. The main benefit to live telephone answering is that it’s tailored just to you. The same person answers your phone each time it rings. Give us your instructions, change them daily if you like.

Can I give specific instructions to the receptionist on how I want my phones answered?

Yes. We love to get your specifications on how you want your phone answered and calls routed putting you in the best light.

Do you provide the phone number or can I use my own number?

We can provide you with a local or a toll-free number, or you can bring a number with you.

What is required to lease an office?

We require three things:

  1. Signed Sublease Agreement,
  2. Copy of $500,000 Business Liability Insurance with PC Executive Services, Inc. listed as the additional insured and,
  3. Check for first and last month’s rent

What is the contract term?

Virtual office contracts are month-to-month. Office space contracts are month-to-month, six-month or twelve-month terms.

How soon can my new number be set up?

Address services are set up in one or two business days. Voice services are normally set up within 72 hours.

How soon can my new address be set up?

We set up the address portion within a day after receiving all documents from you.

What hours do you answer calls live?

Our on-site receptionist answers calls from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How do the calls work after hours?

The most popular options are to forward calls to a cell phone or to have voice mail answer with each message delivered to your e-mail in a .wav file.

How does the conference room scheduling work?

Either you can book online through our web site or you can call our receptionist and she can let you know the availability of the room you would like.

Can I rent a conference room for a one-time use?

Of course! All of our conference rooms and our day offices are available for use without a contract. You can book and pay online, or call us and we can set it up for you.

Can you do administrative projects (data entry, typing, etc.) for me?

We can do word processing, PowerPoint presentations, appointment scheduling, outgoing mail preparation, copying, scanning, and whatever you need help with. You only pay for what you use.
